| As soon as you have elected to accept a project as the Seller for a project you have bid on. The project will then be closed and archived. |
| How do I place a bid on a project? |

| In order to bid on a project you must first be
logged in. Then simply click on any project you wish to
bid on and view the project description. Then simply
click on "Place Bid" at the bottom of the project
description to place your bid.

| How do I update a bid I already placed on a project?? |

| Just submit a new bid and your old one will automatically be removed.

| How do I cancel a bid that I placed on a project? |

| You can retract any bid BEFORE the Buyer
accepts it. Once the Buyer accepts the bid, the bid is
binding. You can retract your bid by logging into your
account and going to the Account Management section.
Below it you should see all prjects you have placed a
bid on. Click the "Retract Bid" option at the right
hand side of the project you wish to retract a bid
from. |
| Why can't I find the "Place Bid" link on some project pages? |

| If the project is closed the link will not show up, because the Buyer has selected a winning bidder and the project is closed. The "Place Bid" link will also not show up if a project is frozen, which means bidding has temporarily been stopped by the Buyer.

| What if I have a question about a project? |

| At the bottom of each project (just above the bids) there is a hyperlink (View Project Message Board ) which will take you to the projects message board. You can then either post a public question or a private question directly to the Buyer. He/She in turn will receive an email notifying him that you are requesting a response. |
| What is meant by "Your bid for the total project"? |

| This is the amount that you will charge the project creator if you are chosen. It's is the TOTAL fee that you will charge for the "entire" project. It is NOT an hourly fee but rather a sum total that you have calculated based on probable hours that it may take you to complete the project.

| Can I just estimate how much I will charge for a project? |

You should NEVER make any estimates. The information provided should be enough to decide how long it will take you to finish the project. If there is not enough info in the Project Description don't be afraid to make use of the message board to ask additional questions to the Buyer before placing your bid.
Remember, by placing a bid you enter into a legally binding contract. If you abuse this system you risk receiving poor reviews by others, infuriating Buyer's and possibly being banned from FreelanceWarriors.

| How do I find out when new projects are posted? |

| If you have opted to receive email notification when
new projects are created, and if those new projects are relevant to your expertise, then you will receive an email each time a Buyer creates a project that fits your profile.
You can turn this email notification on and off by
loging into your account and clicking "Edit Profile".
At the bottom of your profile area click the check box
that says "Notify me by mail when a project gets posted
that is relevant to the area of my expertise." in order
to receive email notifications. |
| How can I search through all projects that have been created? |

| You can use our powerful search feature to perform
advanced searches on all projects. Log into your
account and click "Search" at the top of the page and
perform your search. |
| How do I get paid? |

When you acknowledged a bid acceptance from a Buyer,
the amount equal to your bid will be automatically
transferred to our Safe Transfer account. Once the
project is completed the Buyer can authorize this money
to be transferred into your account. The Safe Transfer
system is the best and most secure option for you as a
Seller to get paid. Always insist that Buyers do a Safe
Transfer before you start a project. You may
alternately get paid direct from a Buyer . But this is
at your own risk and there's no guarantee that you will
get paid. The only guarantee that you will get paid on
a successful completion of a project is our Safe
Transfer System. |
| Do I need a PayPal account to join as a Seller ? |

| Not immediately. But if you want to get paid then
eventually you'll have to have a PayPal account. Paypal
is our preferred payment system and
you will need a funded PayPal account in order to
deposit money into your FreelanceWarriors account
and to withdraw money from the FreelanceWarriors
account. You will need to fund your FreelanceWarriors
account before you can bid for and accept to do
projects. |
| What are Ratings and Reviews? |

| Ratings and Reviews are the basis of your
credibility. As you bid for and complete a project ,
the Buyer get to rate you as a Seller. They get to
rate you by giving you a number of stars from a total of
ten, where ten being the best rating. They can also
provide a short description as a review of the project
just completed. Ratings and Reviews tells other members
how active you are and how credible you are. Building
up good ratings and reviews will in turn bring you many
advantages in the FreelanceWarriors community. |
| Why do I need to deposit money into my account? |

| Your FreelanceWarriors account is basically like a bank
account. You need to have funds in order to accept
projects to be done. A small fee is charged based on
the project bid amount and this fee is automatically
debited from your FreelanceWarriors account. You
will also need a funded account to request for an
upgrade to "Certfied Seller " status. |
| How do I deposit money into my FreelanceWarriors account? |

Our preferred method of funding is PayPal.
You can deposit money to your account by click on
"Manage Account" and clicking on "Deposit Money". You
will be taken through the steps required to securely

| Is the money in my account safe? |

is completely secure. Only you or an authorized FreelanceWarriors administrator can access your account, and thus your funds are totally safe. |
| Can I withdraw money from my account? |

| Yes you can. Simply click on "Manage Account" and click
on "Withdraw Money" to make a request for a
withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are processed within 3 days by us and autorized requests will in turn
be processed and money will be deposited into your
PayPal account. Please note that we use this two step
process in order to securely process all withdrawal
requests and eliminate fraudulant transactions. Any
fraudulant trasactions will be dealt with to the
highest extent of the law! |
| What's a "Safe Transfer"? |

A Safe Transfer is like an escrow service. A Safe
Transfer is a guarantee to you, the Seller , that once
you complete the project, the invoiced project price will
be paid to you. In order to do this, FreelanceWarriors acts as a mediating escrow service. When a Buyer accepts a bid from a Seller, the project price is debited from the Buyer's account and temporarily credited into the FreelanceWarriors Safe Transfer Account. The money will be in this secure account until you complete the project. Once completed and accepted by the Buyer, the Buyer can then request us to release the funds to the Seller. Only the buyer can authorize us to release safe transfer funds. You can cancel the safe transfer if you so wish. Cancelled funds are deposited back into the Buyer 's account.
This Safe Transfer gives you the piece of mind
to complete the project without worrying whether the
Buyer will pay the project price. Since the money is in
our account, you are virtually guaranteed to
receive the funds once the Buyer accepts the completed
project. By making sure that the Buyer can pay for the
project before you begin working on the
project, you can be guaranteed of being paid at
the end of the project.
Safe transfers are automatically initiated when a Buyer
accepts a bid by a Seller. The funds aren't released to
the seller until the Buyer autorizes it. |

When a new project is created it is displayed with a New Project icon for 24 hours on theFreelanceWarriors main index page. As other new projects are created, the old ones are moved down the list. There are only a limited number of projects displayed at any given time on the main page.
Buyer who'd like their project to be displayed prominently
all the time on the main page along with a Featured Icon, will have opt to make that project a Featured Project at the time of creation. |
| What's a Frozen project? |

| Once a Buyer creates a project it is considered as an
"Open" project. The time until the end of the project is
counted down automatically when members view the
project details. If a Buyer would like to temporarily
take a project off the projects list, he/she can do this by
freezing the project. Once a project is Frozen it can
be reopened by giving it a new deadline by adding a
number of days to extend it. |
| What's a Closed Project. |

| A close project is a project that has either been manually closed by the Buyer who created it or has been successfully completed by a Seller . |
| How can I post private messages? |

You can post private messages that are visible to all
members or visible to only a particular Buyer who created the project. You can only post private messages if you have
already placed a bid on that project.
Log into your account and click on the project you wish to post a private message at.
Click on "View Project Message Board" displayed at the
bottom of the prokect description.
To place a Public reply (message) click on "Post a Public Reply". To place a Private reply (message) select a Buyer from the "Post a Private Reply to " list. This list is only
visible if you have placed a bid on the project. |

There can be many Seller s who sign up and bid
for projects. So how can you as a Seller make sure that
you receive a better chance of being picked by a Buyer
to do the project? The best way is to become a
Certified Seller .
Certified Sellers are Seller who have requested us at
FreelanceWarriors to individually review their
credentials and certify them as "Certified Sellers".
Only the best Sellers are certified by us and we pay
careful attention in handpicking Sellers who have shown
exceptional skill, completed many successfull projects
(10 successful projects), acheived high levels of
customer satisefaction via positive ratings ( average
of 7 stars ) and positive feedbacks and who have made
outstanding contributions to the FreelanceWarriors
community.
Certified Sellers are the Creme da la creme and are
the best amongst the rest. Once you become a certified
Seller you will be entitled to discounts on fees as
well. You also will have a Certified Seller icon displayed
along with your user name when you bid on projects.
This gives you a tremendous advantage. |
| What are the prerequisites to becoming a Certified Seller ? |

1) Have successfully completed 10 projects
2) Have an everage ratings of 7 stars
3) Have positive reviews without complaints from Buyer s
4) Have been active and been an asset to the FreelanceWarriors community.
We manually approve each application and we make sure
only the BEST are upgraded. |
